  • Maybe. The Weekley Legacy Project is pending registration as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, but we have a fiscal sponsorship of an already 501(c)(3) registered organization. Donations are tax-deductible if donated directly to KNAC. Donations made on our website will only be tax-deductible once WLP’s IRS determination is approved. Donors will receive an official donation receipt for their records.
